any information relevant to the applicant's hire-ability (background check, drug test, etc). JSS Safety & Rescue collects and stores
all pertinent information for each applicant. This information includes the information the applicant provides at the time they
complete the on-line application in addition to any additional information the applicant provides to us after that point. This
contact information is then used to make hiring decisions In addition, this information is provided to our clients, and prospective
clients, to determine possible placement.
By submitting your application, you authorize JSS Safety & Rescue to provide your information to existing clients and prospective clients.
You also authorize JSS Safety & Rescue to provide your information or to share your information with whomever they deem appropriate in
order to provide you with future employment opportunities. By submitting an application, you acknowledge that JSS Safety & Rescue requires
you to agree that the company may use all of your information for future use and where permitted by law, some companies may confirm
your information, through the use of reports, which may include background checks or criminal history.
By submitting an application, you also authorize JSS Safety & Rescue to provide the information submitted to third party partners and/or
clients so that they can contact you regarding placement opportunities. You also agree to receive communications in text message form from JSS Safety & Rescue.

How We Use This Information
The information that is collected by this web site allows JSS Safety & Rescue to make hiring decisions or to provide to possible clients
and is also used to further develop and improve the layout, design, and usability of the site, in order to better serve your Internet
needs. Information you provide may result in follow-up communications by JSS Safety & Rescue and possibly third party partners and/or
clients.
How Our Partners/Clients May Use This Information
In order to provide you with the most employment opportunities, partner companies and/or clients may need to obtain additional
background information about you. For a fee, our clients and/or prospective clients may view your profile which may include; your
picture, first name, city, state, certifications, years of experience, etc. Upon viewing your profile and determining whether or
not to contact you for employment consideration, we will make your information available to our client for a fee. You may be
contacted, interviewed, and considered for employment by them after that point.
Employment Conditions
Any false information, omissions or misrepresentations of facts called for in this application may result in the rejection of your application or
discharge at any time during your employment. By continuing, you authorize this employer and/or its agents, including consumer reporting bureaus, to verify any of this
information including, but not limited to, criminal history and motor vehicle driving records. You also authorize all persons, schools, companies and law enforcement
authorities to release any information concerning your background and hereby release any said persons or entities from any liability for any damage whatsoever
for issuing this information. You also acknowledge that the use of illegal drugs is prohibited during employment. If required by company policy, you are willing to
submit to drug testing to detect the use of illegal drugs prior to and during employment.
Your Rights—Our Obligations
The company respects the privacy of users visiting our sites and will abide by all applicable laws concerning the release of personal
information. On occasion, we may use certain directory information that we collect from you to send you information, via direct mail
or email, about company news, employment, or updates and other information that we think may be of interest to you. We may share this
information with our partners to bring similar information to your attention. If you tell us that you do not wish to have this
information used as a basis for further contact with you, we will respect your wishes. Please contact us to request that your name
